Company Introduction

China Holiday Tours (CHT) is a Hong Kong based company with offices in China and the United States. CHT started out in 1982 as Landtours Ltd., Hong Kong & China inbound tour operator for Viva! Holidays, Australia. Our commitment has always been to offer high quality travel programs for
our clients.

In 1988, Landtours and Viva! Holidays were both acquired by Qantas Holidays (QH), Australia's largest tour wholesaler, and our company became a subsidiary of QH. Our name was changed to Holiday Tours & Travel H.K. Ltd., servicing customers from Australia and all over the world. As the result of a restructuring of Qantas Holidays in 1998, China Holiday Tours Ltd. was officially established as an independent company.

CHT was appointed China General Sales Agent (GSA) of Qantas Holidays servicing all of the company's inbound and outbound China travel. Offices were established in key Chinese cities: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hong Kong. CHT also has representative offices in theUnited Kingdom and the United States.
